The location of the hotel is very convenient. The décor in my room was beautiful, with fun accents . The staff provided really good service, going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. I received a welcome drink upon arrival.

The window in my room was difficult to see out of due to scaffolding. Dust and rain created a thick layer of dirt, preventing sunlight from entering. I requested a room change or window cleaning but this request was not accommodated.

The hotel staff were cute. Jason and Spike greeted us warmly and helped with dinner arrangements. Tanweer assisted with delaying our restaurant reservation. Phoebe provided excellent breakfast service with a smile. The room was perfectly clean. It featured a big comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. It included everything one needs for a short stay.
